Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item that you purchased from us you can return it within 14 calendar days for a full refund of the purchase price of the item. (Custom Orders that have not been paid in full will only be refunded the deposit paid toward their item.) We will not refund any shipping, handling, or insurance charges.


Please pack all returns securely and insure the package accordingly.

All of our jewelry is created using the finest quality materials and are made to last a life time.  It is again inspected for any production defects before the jewelry is shipped to you. All our jewelry is individually designed and handmade so please expect some variation from item to item.

Very rarely problems occur that are due to hidden defects in the jewelry, for instance a weak solder joint breaks. We will repair any of these defects that result from flaws in the production process free of charge within one year of the purchase date. This warranty does not apply to breakage of jewelry due to “little accidents” (stepped on, dropped on hard surface floors, chipped stones etc...).

  • Name of event where purchased (if applicable)
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number (including area code)
  • E-mail address (if available)
  • Reason for return and desired resolution
We recommend that you send all returns insured for the purchase amount of your item and via a traceable method.

General Inventory Returns:
Once we receive your return, your repair or refund is generally processed within 14 business days.  Please remember that we are a small business and very rarely accident or illness may prevent us from receiving and processing your order in the time frame listed above.  If you have not received a response from us within 10 business days of the receipt of your order as tracked via your delivery method, do not hesitate to contact us to determine if there is an unforeseen delay.

Custom Order Returns
Although we do our best to communicate clearly with our clients to make sure that both parties will appreciate the final design of any product, occasionally a client can be disappointed with the final outcome.  In this case we will be happy to return any deposit on a Custom Order returned to us after we are able to sell this item to another client.  (Please note:  The client must have a shipping date within 14 calendar days of receipt of their order--please contact us if you need an exception for extraordinary circumstances.)
